Hello from never neverland….
having a head that is plugged up is something. Is this how it feels to be high? Had to buy some expensive cough medicine for diabetics. If I had to get a medical condition, did it have to be so darn expensive. Over the counter cough med. is $8 bucks. I wish I was closer to Mexico or Canada. Why does all this cost so much more in the good old USA? My insurance company forces me to get my meds by mail order and they cost more than the pharmacy. What is that? I feel like my feet are not on the ground and my ears are plugged. It is hell to be old and sick. I went home and went to bed yesterday, and made soft boiled eggs and a toast and went to bed. Missed my weights, but maybe in a few days. I somehow think sleep is the operative for the day. So gym will have to wait another day.

Hey now. Don’t say old because you don’t want me to have nothing to look forward to in a few years. Keep up with your plan and I am sorry you have to pay so much for sinus pills. I don’t have diabetes yet, but my sister is having sugar problems and she is younger than me, though she does weigh quite a bit more.
